United and LH still are having problems when a reservation is on both carriers. Check-in on LH is still tough. It would be nice to be able to select a seat and show your documents at the airport instead of needing to enter them completely online. The app also crashes a bit too often, forcing you to start from scratch.

Nice and easy app

This is a functional app. Check in is a bit complex with several layers. Would be good to see where incoming aircraft is located and seat selection is a bit challenging.

Not real time. Gate info doesnt update. Service available about half the time.

Compared to other airlines, Im not happy so far.

Lacking substantially compared to other apps (United, SPG). Some functions simply do nothing (e.g. Clicking on "feedback to Lufthansa")

Perfect air line

The app keeps throwing me back to re-enter the data. How am I supposed to guess which zip code format is expected?????? While trying to correct the input, my BOB is list, I re-entered my PW 11 times! Still no go. May be something doesnt work?

Great

This app is full of bugs and doesnt work properly. Had to re-enter the info and restart the check in process numerous times in order to check in my family for international flights. How can a credible airline have such a worthless and buggy app?!

Latest version gives an SSL error under IOS 9.3.5 when trying to retrieve my bookings.

Very handy with good info. Mobile checkin easy and straight forward.

Not overly fancy (a good thing) and all the needed information easily available.

Very simple to work with. Very practical and useful. I do all my flying process like check in and getting boarding pass with it without any problem or complexity

The app is very slow to respond to any changes. Viewing flights, making changes, puts you on hold for a minute while the icon swirls. Out my outbound, it accepted a meal request 3 days before my flight but recorded it on the day of flight, so I did not get my meal on a 12 hour flight. On my return flight I could not choose my special meal or change seats, so had to call in. This is a slow useless app with a slower backend. Fix it or dump it Lufthansa !

The app just doesnt work well. It crashes often, the functions do not work consistently and the overall interface is not user friendly. Having an app is fine, but LH needs to ensure that it works.

Easy quick to use and free 24 hr cancelation

It will not work if you need to rebook. It will crash most of the time. It is a good thing that the airplanes from Lufthansa are better. I own 3 IOS devices and none will work reliably. A pity for Lufthansa but an excellent way to day phone customer service positions. You will always need them as back-up. A frequent flyer with Lufthansa, the app will help 1/4 times. Incredible for a company such as Lufthansa
