BAGGAGE SCAM

They would not let me take my laptop on as a personal item and sent my main bag off before weighing my carry on. They told me to leave 4kg of stuff and or pay $120 extra to ship my bag. Despicable. Every other airline lets people take a laptop as a personal item. I saw women take their purses. I will NEVER use them again and will be contacting my credit card company about this scam.
