Slow and Not useful had to call the airline on every request

The app is very slow to respond to any changes.
Viewing flights, making changes, puts you on hold for a minute while the icon swirls.
Out my outbound, it accepted a meal request 3 days before my flight but recorded it on the day of flight, so I did not get my meal on a 12 hour flight.
On my return flight I could not choose my special meal or change seats, so had to call in.

This is a slow useless app with a slower backend. Fix it or dump it Lufthansa !
