Terrible App and No Help

The Lufthansa app is useless. I have a booking at was used months ago that remains on the iPhone. I am trying to load a new flight and it wont accept it. I am in the Lufthansa Lounge in Munich Airport and their answer to the issue is to print a paper boarding pass. This app is useless and there is no obvious way to contact anyone to fix a problem when it occurs.
