Great, great!

Just checked in for 3 flights. Im teaching literature, but everything was simple enough for me. I was able to choose my seats and to transfer all my boarding pass in Passbook from my iPhone, with one click, AND to have them sent via e-mail. I checked in for the first flight on my iPad and for the connections on the iPhone, but everything was there, on both devices.

Not letting me book flight

Not allowing me to book a flight in the app keeps saying server down for many days now this is not acceptable

Not a universal app

why is this not a universal app. Why do we have to download separate versions for each device. It doesn’t make sense. There should be one version for all devices, so that when you set one device the settings carry over into the other.

Flight search doesnt work

Since flight search (e.g. for status updates) doesnt work the whole app is more or less...

Love it

I use it to buy tickets, boarding pass and also the must current info about the flight

Awkward app

This app is far from being user friendly. Using an iPad, the calendar that comes up for specifying flight dates has the last week of every month cut off, so please be sure never to fly on the fourth week of any month. When I try to book a flight, I am told I have an error in my profile which prevents me from booking. But the error is not identified. Thanks Lufthansa! I certainly do not recommend this app to anyone.

Lufthansa Mobile App

Often doesnt give up to date info on flt status and never replaced checked in Boarding Passes org new information. THEREFORE there is never uptodate latest info such as Boarding gate ...suggestion for more efficient service provided by Air Canada mobile App. Banners and badges come to locked screen even on AC App as there are gate changes etc etc. no point in the App if it doesnt display uptodate info on an already checked in flight.

Only two salutation choices

Lufthansa app only has Mr. or Mrs. as choices for salutations for those of us that are not Doctors or Professors.

Not user friendly. Doesnt allow seat selection prior check in like other airlines allow.

I simply love this app

Worthless piece of crap

The first problem with this App is its interface that dates back to 15 years ago. The developers of this App have been particularly lazy. This is evidently just a disguised web page, the lowest denominator of Apps. It might be okay if it worked, but it does not. All my requests to view my reservations or get my boarding cards are met with a shameful "no cant do". Every time you start the App it has forgotten all about you, heck, every time you switch pages it forgets about you. Well, that is another worthless piece of crap put out there by companies who feel the need to have an App but have no clue how to design one. Heres a hint boys and girls, look out the KLM App, this is what you should be shooting for.

Please fix ASAP, need to check-in in few days! Reinstall did not solve it.

Useless when the server is down

Make sure to download your boarding pass to your iPhone wallet! When Lufthansa does their server maintenance the app just does nothing on both the iPhone and the Watch. The self-check-in process is also lengthy and painful - seriously, Id rather stand in line and talk to an agent and it would be faster. Germans are great at building cars, but when it comes to software, they just dont think it through...
