Error 1037 prevents accessing "My Bookings" Dont your UAT scenarios include customers with names other than "A-Z, a-z, -,,., ,and characters with tilde symbol above the character."? Really? Cheers!

You cannot check in smoothly, although the app stores your booking you cannot automatically check in, you have to re-enter booking ref. Also boarding passes are not automatically uploaded to the app, you have to yet again do it manually by providing booking ref 3rd time. The ONLY benefit of having the app in the current form vs checking in at the airport is that after all the effort you have the boarding pass in your phone. It was working perfectly fine in the previous version.

I have following error during start of searching of flights; "Pierwsza linia w adresie profilu użytkownika zawiera nieaktualne dane lub jest zbyt długa. (1701)" Translation: "First line in profile address of user contain out of date data or is too long (1701)"

I use the app. for a couple years and it is generally grate - everything stored in a one logical place. So, I am even more frustrated with latest versions when they started causing problems. If you try to automatise booking or check-in using your M&M card or Lufthansa login you are done... If you have in your name any special letter like ž, ż or others the system will constantly kick you out from the proces and you need to reset the app. in order to use the app. as not signed customer - loosing all the advantages. It was not this way before!

Cannot book any tickets! Cannot check in, cannot find my bookins. Same error message for last 2 months. Looks like Lufthansa do not care at all. DO NOT USE IT!

All relevant travel infotmation at one place.

This application is pretty useless if you dont have active internet connection. There should be at least some basic booking information stored locally. In that respect I prefer other applications. Shame on you my dear Lufthansa Systems.

App shows an error. Theres polish letter in my name, and app shows me that its incorrect. Fix it and mark will be higher :)

Ticket booking was very simple and fast. Scanning a credit card is a big convenience. Im sure that check-in and e-ticket in Apple wallet also will be very helpful. Best iPhone apps for travellers.

Very user-friendly during planning and managing trips.

Its not working properly in reservation section. I was trying to find mine reservation there and all I can see in an error occurring with an information to contact customer care. So I did and all Ive heard was like: for the moment its not working properly in section of reservations and boarding passes, so I can not guarantee you that youll be able to make your boarding via app. Long story short: not worth to have it, unless you dont have any other idea to fill your phone storage capacity.

The LH app is precisely what you need when you travel. All functions there with intuitive interface. Please note that its better to have the boarding card in LH app then in Passbook - as in LH app you get the gate number and boarding time updates - which is not the case once you import the boarding card into passbook

It says "your name cant contain marks other than..." App useless...

I cant check most of my reservations - blank page is viewed when I try to open them. It always takes a long time to open list of the reservations. Booking or rebooking tickets not very intuitive. Much worse in comparison to other apps as for example the one made by Swiss.

It doesnt work.

The app is unstable and basically just makes you waste your time. Three time unsuccessful attempt to check-in made me write this review. Managing your reservations is also not possible as all you are getting are error messages.

A lot of things a re broken, cannot view bookings, cannot book new flights.

Its the best iPhone app for online check-in and other.
