Lufthansa App Reviews

I booked a flight a few weeks ago & still My Bookings shows nothing. I can only view my schedule on their website. If I cant view my bookings, I sure wouldnt trust it to actually book a flight. This app is absolutely pointless. Wish I could give it zero stars.

The functionality of this app is fine, but i hate the resolution of this app. Plz support iphone 6/6s resolution! Everything is so blurry

Works good, but I rarely fly with Lufthansa nowadays.

Love this app for all my bookings to Europe. Easy to use and works great.

Not as good as United, but leap years ahead AA and other carriers.

Easy to use, still not happy with the way miles earning was cut in half, even for the most faithful customers !

They would not let me take my laptop on as a personal item and sent my main bag off before weighing my carry on. They told me to leave 4kg of stuff and or pay $120 extra to ship my bag. Despicable. Every other airline lets people take a laptop as a personal item. I saw women take their purses. I will NEVER use them again and will be contacting my credit card company about this scam.

Unfortunately the new version is full of bugs!

I booked a flight using my iPhone within 5 minutes...great response times...and very easy instructions

In addition to keeping me informed about my flights, the app provides tourist tips of destinations. Bonus!

Excellent and number one in the world

If youre used to flying Air France, Delta, United or pretty much any other airline; you will notice that it doesnt work as well as most every other app out there. It shuts down, it puts you back to the home screen And more.
