I generally prefer purchasing through dedicated apps, and not only does this deliver on that point, it also gives me my boarding passes and moves them to passbook. Great implementation.

This app is truly bad and not up2speed when it comes to performance and functionality. 5 star reviews obviously bought, this app is just a bad webpage. I smell cheap hybrid all over this app.

I dont like thus APP. Its slow and looks cheap. I didnt find award travel booking. Look what others offer, e.g. Delta.

This app is good, until all of a sudden it forgets your log in data, despite it being set on remembering them. VERY annoying ! ! !

Its good application easy and fast

The application keeps crashing when its trying to open. I deleted and reinstalled it and it still crashes. Help.

Only concern is not being able to see the baggage claim assignments. Everything else works well.

I really like it, worked for me very smooth. The only thing I missed from the app is, that it did not send me a reminder a day before my return. The rest was flawless.

I fly with Lufthansa at least once a year. I have had this app on my phone for some time - now with the new features, its fantastic! If you fly Lufthansa even once, do yourself a favor and download this app. Check out the features! Seriously! Do it!!

Checkin for international flights doesnt work. Fails 3 times even if all correct information is provided. For a major airline this is table stakes; get this RIGHT before adding fancy features such as baggage claim notifications.

I have been trying to login through this mobile app for 3 days now with no luck. I cant sync it to my miles-and-more account, and there is an issue with finding my reservation codes. I have called the airline and everything is valid, and it works through my laptop browser. They even said we guess the app just isnt working which is nice for responsibility but not exactly helpful.

I’ve been using this App for a while for checking-in, keeping the boarding pass etc. It is easy to use and pretty useful. Today I realised, that I can even keep track of departure and arrival of my loved ones’ flights - great feature!

The My Bookings function fails to work on either the iphone or iPad. All it displays is text called Notice. Without it the app is largely useless

The latest version (as of 01.02.2016) is excellent. Keep up the great work

My Bookings only says "Current" on top of the screen. The rest of the screen is blank. Tried to reset the app no go.
